  • Land prices across popular metaverse (The Sandbox, Decentraland, Voxels, Somnium Space and NFT Worlds) saw a 90% decline year-to-date.
  • The Sandbox enjoyed a high market dominance at 65% at the start of 2022 before shrinking to 54% in November.
  • Web3 Metaverse struggled to find the right product-market fit in 2022, and it will continue in 2023. That said, we are looking at The Sandbox, which may do a full launch in 2023 and change the trend.
