The Block Research June Analyst Call

Each month The Block Research team hosts an analyst call reviewing the past month’s trends and relevant topics.

This month, Larry Cermak analyzed the latest trends from the month of May, including changes in daily miner revenue and transactions fees as a percentage of total revenue following last month’s halving.

Research intern Mika Honkasalo presented his recent piece exploring Compound’s COMP governance token and what it means more broadly for other crypto protocols and their development cycles.

Ryan Todd shared his thoughts on what stood out from the Digital Dollar Project’s recent white paper, arguing why its time for the U.S. to start seriously contemplating how it might design a digital version of the dollar
